Poussin for Cambridge The Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge is trying to raise US$6.2 million to purchase Extreme Unction, a somber painting by 17th-century French artist Nicholas Poussin.  The 17th-century artwork became available as a result of a government scheme,  which allows inheritance tax to be avoided if works of art are given to museums.       Poussin for Cambridge

      The Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge is trying to raise US$6.2 million to purchase Extreme Unction, a somber painting by 17th-century French artist Nicholas Poussin.
