Yoko Ono’s Festival
The iconic artist follows in the footsteps of some impressive directors, including David Bowie and Patti Smith!
The festival runs from June 14 to June 23, 2013.
Lennon Exhibition in NY
Most of the works are quick sketches and display Lennon’s experimentation with the technique of sumi ink drawing. Some of the drawings created on his honeymoon were famously confiscated by police in 1970, on account of their explicit content!
The Artwork of John Lennon will feature 100 drawings and sketches by the late Beatle. A US$2 donation is suggested, and all proceeds will benefit the charity Citymeals-on-Wheels.
The show runs from Friday, October 5 through Tuesday, October 9, John Lennon’s birthday.

The presentation of the award coincides with the global commemoration of the International Day of Peace.
